In a post-pandemic world, Emerson Ecologics business strategy was to move the #1 provider of clean pro-grade supplements and natural personal/skincare products to functional integrative healthcare providers and their patients, to the leading online connected care delivery platform in the Category. 

Selected by the VP of Brand Marketing to join a marketing capability re-set team, to help elevate new branding and new integrated marketing campaigns, with active annual membership of 50K+ healthcare practitioners and 1M+ patients.  As a senior creative consultant I supported the Creative Director in visual strategy and branding of a new sales channel aimed at Cosmetic Surgeons, Dermatologists and Estheticians. This new channel played a key role in the successful effort to drive increased acquisition/conversion/attribution and record revenue growth to $265M+ for this PE owned B2B2C Company, resulting in successful acquisition by Fullscript in March 2022.

The project included logo variations, typography exploration, color palette development, and application examples on stationery, direct mail, signage, and digital platforms. The result is a cohesive visual identity that conveys a clean, elevated aesthetic as well as clear communication of the product offering and articulation of the value proposition to the customer, in this case, both the Skin Care practitioner and the practitioner’s in office clientele.

Once the core branding was in place the next step was to attract 500 practitioners to become pioneer users and ambassadors for the product. Direct mail and trade show appearances were the primary vehicles for attracting new business to business customers. Additionally, we produced strategic marketing collateral to empower the practitioners to communicate the new and exciting service to their local customers with co-branded in office signage and digital templates.

Since this was a new more sophisticated audience for the Emerson Ecologic’s family of brands, it was important to elevate the product photography with modern hero imagery and source models to connect with an audience focused on maintaining their youthful, beautiful appearance through luxury supplements.
